How we handle your information when you book a room and receive a text with your door access code.

01 — What we collect
When you book a room with Muskie Meeting through our Cal.com booking page, we collect the information you provide directly: your name, mobile phone number, and the dates and times of your stay. We don’t collect anything beyond what’s needed to give you access to your room.
02 — How we use it
We use your booking details to generate a temporary access code for the smart lock on your room, and we use your phone number for exactly one purpose: to text you that code, along with your check-in window and directions to your room, shortly after you book.
03 — Sharing & SMS data
We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent (opt-in) data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. This applies to all information collected through this messaging program, at all times.
Your information is processed by three service providers who act solely on our behalf to deliver your stay: Cal.com (booking), igloohome (smart lock access codes), and Twilio (text delivery). These providers do not use your information for their own marketing, and do not share it further.
04 — Message frequency & rates
You’ll receive one (1) text message per booking. We don’t send recurring or marketing messages. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
05 — Retention
We retain your information only as long as needed to support your stay and to meet basic recordkeeping and legal requirements, after which it’s deleted.
06 — Your choices
- Reply STOP to end text messages.
- Reply HELP for assistance.
- Contact us via your booking confirmation or the Cal.com platform to request deletion of your information.
07 — Security
Access codes are generated per booking and expire automatically at the end of your stay window. We rely on our service providers’ standard security practices to protect your information in transit and at rest.
08 — Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time; the effective date above reflects the most recent revision. Continuing to book with us after a change means you accept the revised policy.
