Muskie Meeting — SMS Terms
Effective: September 3, 2026
1. The program
Muskie Meeting sends one automated text message per confirmed booking, containing your room’s temporary access code, your check-in and check-out times, and directions to your room.
2. How you opt in
You opt in by entering your mobile phone number and checking the consent box as part of completing a booking on our booking calendar at muskiemeeting.com. The checkbox reads:
“I agree to receive a one-time SMS with my door access code and booking details at the phone number provided. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.”
This message is required to complete your stay — it’s the only way we can get you your door code — so opting in is part of booking, not a separate marketing choice. See How You Opt In for a screenshot of exactly where this appears.
3. Frequency & cost
One message per booking. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
4. Keywords

5. Carrier liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
6. Privacy
